At Zingkarts, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our process for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Our Return Policy (7-Day Window)
You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Return To be eligible, the item must be New and meet the following conditions:
Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
Packaging: It must be in its original, undamaged packaging with all original tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Unboxing Video: UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE OR QUALITY OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. We publish sizes of our products in product description.
REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION
Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. Decision of our team in this regard is final.
- We charge a flat return fee of ₹100 in case of accepted returns.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at goodadoman@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 6203383116 to request a return authorization.
In your request, include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide a free, downloadable return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send your package back to our fulfillment partner via mail.
Important: Please do not send items back to us without receiving a return authorization first, as they will not be accepted.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goodadoman@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the issue. For such cases, you will receive a full refund, and the fees mentioned below will not apply.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, and gift cards. If an item is "final sale," it will be clearly stated on the product page.
4. Refunds
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Fee Deductions for Non-Defective Returns For returns of non-defective products (e.g., you changed your mind), a Restocking Fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your refund. This is the only fee deducted for a non-defective return.
COD Refunds: For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as credit, minus any applicable fees.
5. Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new, separate order for the item you want.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. We recommend contacting us within 6 hours of placing your order for the best chance of successful cancellation.
